Expect temperatures in Tucson, from June to September, to be between 100 to 115 degrees on average.
Tucson summer heat can linger on through the end of September. By the time the 1st of September rolls around you are ready for the heat to be over. But temps don’t usually cool off until the end of September.

Like many cities across the United States, Tucson has a growing homeless population. The City of Tucson is doing an abysmal job dealing with the homeless population.
Homeless camps are popping up all over Tucson. The homeless camps are mainly populated on the west side of Tucson along The Loop. Furthermore, The City of Tucson allows panhandlers on the street corners.
If you want professional sports, then Tucson may not be for you. Tucson has NO professional sports teams.
If you want to attend professional sports events, then driving from Tucson to Phoenix is your answer.
Furthermore, Tucson also lacks big entertainment like big-name concerts which again you be driving to Phoenix or jumping on a plan to get your big entertainment fix.
Tucson has far more pros than cons.
Tucson has plenty of sunshine and a low cost of living. Although home values have gone up over the last couple of years by double-digit appreciation, home values are still much lower than the average home coast across the country.
