Hello, my name’s Tyler Ford, Tucson, Arizona. I’ve been a licensed agent for 30 years, and I’m fired up excited to be talking to you about eXp Realty and specifically how it relates to you locally, right here in Tucson and what we have to offer for our agents right here in Tucson.
But at the eXp Kolb Group Executive Office Suite, we’re at 1610 North Kolbe. And if you’ve been in Tucson for some time, you’ve probably driven by us and recognized the sign out front. It says, “If you officed here, you would be home by now.” We’re on Kolbe between Tanque Verde and Speedway, right on the loop, which is another cool thing about our office. We’re right on the loop, so you can go out for a run, go ride your bike. It’s real easy, just because we are in the loop, and the location doesn’t really get any better. But the nice thing about our office is that at eXp, it’s a cloud-based brokerage. eXp doesn’t have any brick and mortar, and that’s what allows them to give back to their agents and pay us far more than just a commission check.
We’ve been compared to the Amazon and Netflix of the world in regards to real estate. But one thing that was important to me was to have an office, a professional place to meet clients because, let’s face it, at the end of the day, Starbucks is awkward. It was my vision to put together an executive office suite to allow our agents to leverage the eXp model and then also have a professional place to either office out of or come in and out in terms of the workstations and also meet clients. It’s fully equipped with internet, 24/seven key access. We’ve got a copy machine where you can scan to PDF. There’s two bathrooms, a refrigerator, filtered water, a nice kitchen. So again, it’s a great conducive place to do real estate. It gives the agents the ability to be professional and not have to meet at awkward places and be able to leverage the eXp model.
Another really unique thing about eXp and the Kolb Executive Group is we have a moving truck. It’s a 16-foot box moving truck, no different than what you’d get at U-Haul. It’s got a ramp, a dolly, blankets. But we allow our agents that are in our eXp rev share you’ve got access to the truck. It’s your truck, and you can leverage it in your listing and buyer presentations for your clients. We only have one truck, so it’s based on a first-come, first-serve basis. But any agent that’s out of the eXp Kolb Group can use the truck for their clients. Also, it’s an added benefit, even after a close. If it’s available, you can utilize it to provide value with your clients. So again, it’s a 16-foot box moving truck, and it’s a huge added value to you as an agent to provide value to your clients.
