HOA AND TRASH FEE
Homeowners in Sabino Springs, which is a premier gated community, pay $628.40 semi-annually for HOA plus $75.60 semi-annually for trash for a total of $707.6 semi-annually which comes out to $117.93 a month for HOA and trash. Which covers guarded gate, trash fee, and all common area maintenance.
Residence have access to the pool, fitness, and community center.
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT – GOLF
The HOA owns the golf course, as a result, there is currently a $100 monthly golf assessment fee. The golf course is a key amenity for the community. The monthly golf assessment fee goes towards watering and maintaining the golf course to keep the course in tip-top condition.
This special assessment is NOT a forever fee. But currently in place, to create a reserve to support and protect the most important amenity of the community.
TOTAL HOA AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FREES
