I recently had a listing I sold that I worked really hard to provide value to my clients.
The home I listed was owned by a family estate so there were multiple parties involved. The sellers were also from out of the state of Arizona.
The home was a “fix-up” and in need of some deferred maintenance. There were a few things that I knew the home needed to be able to sell the house quicker and for more money. I hired the necessary people to get a few things done.
As a result, the home sold fairly quickly and for a price the family estate was happy about.
