And today, it’s actually one day before Election Day, and we are talking about military discount for 2-10 Home Warranty. So this one’s short and sweet, but 2-10 has a military discount for any buyer, and I’m going to turn over to Heather and let her explain.

Heather:

Yeah. We are just so thankful for our military. So anybody who is directly serving or who has served in the past, this is a $25 discount that gets to be applied on the buyer side. But if we’ve got the seller buying the warranty for the buyer and if they’re military, then we want to honor anyone in the transaction that our very amazing military. So it’s $25 discount on the buyer side and it will need to be applied by our agent services department. That number is +1 800-795-9595. Thank you!

And how easy, can the agent call and say that the buyer’s military? Do they verify? How do they go about getting that discount?

Heather:

Correct. They just call in and then just say, “I want to take advantage of the military discount as we have so-and-so military in this transaction.” So, yeah.

Tyler:

Perfect. Well on this post that we’re going to do, we’re going to have the flyer on there with the phone number and you can send out the link and the buyer just calls in and lets them know. And then my guess is when they send over the invoice to the escrow company, it’ll have that discount on there that will be reflected on the closing statement.
