I recently bought a town home in desirable Casa Real which is located near Speedway and Pantano. The town home was is need of a full remodel. We gutted the entire town home and did a complete remodel.
The list of things we did were:
- Removed popcorn from ceiling and re-textured ceiling.
- Painted the interior.
- New custom cabinets in kitchen and baths.
- Quartz counter tops on kitchen and bath.
- 24×24 tile in kitchen, halls, family room, laundry and bathrooms.
- Tile baseboards
- Custom tile in both bathroom showers.
- New carpet in bedrooms
- All new stainless appliance.
- New lighting fixtures throughout town home.
- Coated the roof.
