Southwest Gas is the primary natural gas provider for the Tucson area. To confirm if your new home has service with Southwest Gas, click Start Service and enter the property address to verify.
To ensure a smooth move-in, it is recommended to schedule your “Turn On” service at least one week prior to your closing date.
Note: If the gas is currently off at the property, a technician will need access to the inside of the home to inspect the furnace and water heater before restoring service.
