Each month the Tucson Association of Realtors® Multiple Listing Service comes out with Tucson Home Search Tucson’s monthly housing report. The numbers are out for the Tucson residential housing market report for October 2018.

In October 2018, the Tucson housing market inventory levels increased slightly. Inventory levels remain low and the Tucson housing market remains stable and strong!
