Pima County and the City of Tucson have been hard at work putting in tons and tons of paths along the washes of Tucson, AZ called The Loop. The Loop Path Tucson AZ

Being an avid cyclist and growing up riding my bike in Tucson, it has been awesome to see Tucson transpire into a bike-friendly community. Especially as Tucson has grown in population and traffic, The Loop River Paths make for a much safer and enjoyable ride not having to deal with traffic. The Loop has become one of the top bike rides in Tucson.

One thing I have noticed over the last couple of years is how much more desirable properties have become that are close to The Loop. People are now searching for homes in Tucson wanting a close connection to get on The Loop.

We were fixing up a home to live in. During that time for the short-term, we bought a townhouse that was right on The Loop path and WOW how convenient it was to just hop on my bike and be able to get anywhere in Tucson from The Loop with NO car traffic.

If you like to walk or ride your bike consider buying a home that is near The Loop. Or if you want to commute to work, ride to shopping or restaurants check out living on The Loop.
